Farewell, Nico!
On Saturday 17th of January 2026, Nico Schnur, our Honorary Ronin, has regretfully passed away. We would like to extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to Nico’s family and friends, wishing them strength during this incredibly difficult time.
Nico was always dedicated to making the world a better place. This positive ideal was clearly reflected in his commitment to his community and in his role as our Treasurer of ISBA. While he was always ready to argue in a spirited debate, he always fought for a just and righteous cause.
Nico will continue to live in our memories and in our hearts.
