passing of Gildo Mezzo, 7th Dan Aikikai
Dear ISBA Members,
It is with great sadness that I have to inform you of the passing of Gildo Mezzo, 7th Dan Aikikai, who has taught at the Shung Do Kwan Dojo since 1975. He passed away during the night of July 1st.
On behalf of ISBA, I would like to express our deepest condolences and extend our heartfelt sympathy to his family, friends, and the entire Shung Do Kwan Dojo community.
Those of us who had the honor of training with him know how much he contributed to Aikido and to all those whose lives he touched. His passing leaves a tremendous void in our community, and he will be deeply missed.
